Tom Mooradian

After graduating from college in 1979, Tom moved to Harbor Springs. Harbor Springs was a place the he enjoyed vacationing (weekends in the winter and the summer months) while growing up in the Detroit area. For the next 10 years he operated the “Harbour Inn on the Bay”, a 62 room resort hotel located on the shores of Little Traverse Bay (now the site of “Ramona Park Association” an upscale waterfront residential community). In 1986 he purchased a “Kilwin’s Chocolates” franchise (based in Petoskey) and opened a store in the resort community of “Lake Geneva” Wisconsin north of Chicago. For the next 5 years he commuted once a month to manage the store while still residing in Harbor Springs. It was very gratifying to sell a product that was never returned! A few years later he started a property management business to primarily manage weekly and weekend resort rentals. He currently manages in Harbor Springs (near Boyne Highlands) and properties in Petoskey with water views. When his repeat rental customers started to make inquiries regarding northern Michigan real estate he made a lateral move into real estate sales. After residing in the area with his family for that past 26 years, he has a firm grasp on the real estate market in northern Michigan.
