I have 15 years' experience as an IT Manager and Director for Varian Medical Systems in Palo Alto, CA where I was heavily involved in Mergers & Acquisitions. I spent 3 years back and forth to Beijing and Shanghai, China and have worked in most countries in Western Europe and Asia. As such, I have a firm understanding of cultural differences and have a strong background and understanding of real estate sales and property management.

Family Info
I was born in Detroit and my father had the foresight to relocate to the "suburbs" in 1968. I attended Bloomfield Hills and Troy schools and then attended Central Michigan University after living for a year in Boulder, Colorado taking classes at CU and working for Playboy International. I moved to Santa Clara, CA in 1986 and resided in the Bay Area and the Tahoe Foothills until September of 2009 when my wife applied for, interviewed and accepted the position as Special Education teacher at the Mackinac Island Public School.
My family is dispersed around the country with my parents Jim and Marion and my brother Terry residing in Green Valley, Arizona, Kevin living in Troy, Michigan and Brian in Boise, Idaho. I keep in touch with my friends and business acquaintances around the world and always look forward to meeting new people with common interests.

Greetings!!!
My name is Patrick McManus and I reside on beautiful Mackinac Island with my wife, 4 children and 3 chocolate labs. We recently relocated from Northern California and have been a full-time island residents for almost 2 years.
My goal is to help you market your property using the arsenal of marketing tools available as well as utilizing my island and other geographic area connections. Being an island resident makes a big difference as I am available 24/7/365 and have great familiarity with all island areas via extensive hiking and biking.
