My name is Nancy Jo Wilson and I have been a Realtor for 6 years and specialize in residential real estate. I began my love of homes when I was a student at Calvin and lived in Eastown. I also helped remodel several homes in and around Heritage Hill, joining urban pioneers in saving historic homes and stabilizing Grand Rapid’s core neighborhoods.

I often work with Providence Home Mortgage, part of Inner City Christian Federation, and help first time home buyers realize their dream of home ownership. Many of my clients have used programs such as the City Down Payment Assistance Program, MSHDA, Home Path financing and Rural Development funds. I also help buyers purchase homes that are short sales or foreclosures.

When listing a home for sale, I use my staging and decorating skills to help my sellers show their homes to their best advantage. First impressions are the only impressions and homes that show well, sell sooner and at a higher price.

Real estate transactions are a complex process, taking many twists and turns. I will explain each step, negotiate on your behalf and help to solve any problems along the way. My goal is for everyone to understand the process and be satisfied with the results.
