Larry Rochon

Larry Rochon received his Real Estate Sales Associate license in 1997 and joined Boyne Realty's Commercial Division in June of 2002. Being a member of the retail community in downtown Petoskey for the past 25 years, Larry brings to Boyne his experience in local affairs and a large network of business and personal relationships. Larry is committed to maintaining a sense of community by serving on various local boards. He is Vice-Chair of Petoskey's Downtown Management Board, Vice-President of the Friends of the Cedar River, and serves as Vice-President of Harbor Hall, Inc. His volunteerism is a true testimony to his dedication to the viability of downtown Petoskey and the preservation of northern Michigan's character. Customer satisfaction and personal service has been the key to Larry's success. He enjoys working with people and always puts their interests first. In addition to being a member of NAR and MAR, Larry is also a member of the Emmet Association of Realtors. He has access to the local Multiple Listing Service and is willing to cooperate with all other area REALTOR® members. Larry is a great asset to Boyne Realty's Commercial Division and will assist in both commercial and residential sales.
