Bill Prall

Bill grew up in Sterling Heights, north of Detroit. Competitive bicycle racing and music were two of his major influences during childhood and teenage years. Bill, wife Shirley and son Bill Jr., moved up north for better natural snowfall winters, to Suttons Bay in 1974. The Pralls moved to Harbor Springs in 1976. In 1981 Bill opened the Touring Gear bicycle shop in downtown Harbor Springs. After 23 successful years, the Pralls sold the business in 2004. Owning a business and being a part of this community for 29 years has been a wonderful experience for the Pralls. Bill has a deep respect and appreciation of the community and natural environment of this area. Hard work in sports and business have always been Bill's road to success. For residential, resort or commercial properties, Bill will work hard to help you achieve your goals. When he's not in the office, you'll find Bill cycling the roads and trails, or cross-country skiing in the winter woods of Emmet County.
