Donna has been married for thirty years to Jim and they have 3 children-- Liz, Tim, and Shaun- all of whom have attended Rockford Public Schools. All three children are married now, and they have just been blessed with the birth of their first grandchild, Oak Lowell Carter. They attend Calvary Church; Jim and Donna have worked with high school students in the youth group and have sung in the choir.
