Personal Statement

Bill moved to Harbor Springs in 1978 after 10 years as a residential then commercial loan officer with a national bank in Detroit. Since then he has been involved in residential and commercial real estate sales, development and property management in the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area. Bill owned and operated a successful property management firm specializing in vacation rentals and a real estate brokerage servicing northwest Michigan for 16 years prior to joining Boyne Realty as Associate Broker and Sales Manager. Bill remains actively involved in the development and commercial market and has built a great team of over 30 agents. As the sales manager of the Petoskey and Harbor Springs offices of Prudential Preferred Properties Network, Bill and his staff look forward to combining their local knowledge and experience with the many tools and technology offered by Prudential so as to better serve our clients and customers.
