A native of the Detroit area, Joyce Barnard and her husband moved to the Little Traverse Bay area in 1992 to enjoy the natural beauty and distinctive Up North lifestyle. Joyce brought with her more than fifteen years experience in real estate development, mortgage banking, title insuance and commercial property management. With this extensive background, she began specializing in high-end resort properties at Shanty Creek in 1995, and then to Bay Harbor in 2001. She became part of the Vacation Properties Network/Boyne Realty team at the Bay Harbor office in 2003. She is consistently a multi-million dollar producer with a well-earned reputation for integrity and professionalism. An accomplised watercolor artist with a fondness for flowers and landscapes, Joyce also loves gardening, golfing, bike riding, playing tennis, sailing or snowshoeing.
