  Personal Statement: Having been a resident of the Greater Kalamazoo/Portage area, and having lived, been an undergraduate and graduate student, and having worked in this area for over forty years, I feel well qualified to advise both buyers and sellers in regards to neighborhoods, schools, community activities and of course, real estate values in this part of West Michigan. I look forward to working with both sellers and local, as well as transferring buyers, to achieve their real estate objectives in the most effective and efficient manner. I feel particularly gratified when all parties to a real estate transaction are completely satisfied!
