My criteria is effective for selecting tenants and produces high quality residents with minimal loss. Our corporation has also included rehab and turning properties.

Licensed Realtor since 1984 - Million Dollar Producer 1988 thru 1994. From 1993 to present I have been working in real estate w/my rentals and rehabs. Returned to traditional real estate in 2003. CBA - Certified Buyers Agent.

Ray-Vouge School; Fashion Merchandising. Retail management in Chicago Dept. Stores, buyer for dress manufacturer, and varied self-employment ventures.

Hobbies

Traveling - reading - piano - family activites - lake activites. Keeping in contact w/many friends across the nation.

Constantine - Ball State University Charette - City Planning to study Village growth; Three Rivers City Commission - Landlords and Tenants Committee; Religious Education w/3rd and 4th graders; I love my "little cherubs"!

Family Info

One grown daughter in Colorado and Germany. Married Ron in 1979 w/3 grown children. Now 9 grandchildren have been added. They reside in Michigan, Illinois, Florida, and Mexico City. We attended the wedding of the oldest grandson in Mexico City last year.
